project: rebel started with the simple premise - we need to have more conversations. We need conversations about mental health and how it is a part of every person's life. We need conversations about what total health looks like and feels like. It isn't about size, ability, gender, color, ethnicity, sexuality...it's about taking care of yourself and each other. Because at the end of the day, no one is immune to depression, anxiety, addiction and other pain.
#mentalhealthwarriors who have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years.
business coaches who have coached hundreds upon thousands of entrepreneurs and discovered that the concept of "hustle" is missing a key ingredient of balance and joy.
body positive advocates who love to be outdoors and move our bodies and have found healing in that movement.
moms who want to raise children in a world where mental health is common talk at the dinner table and where are kids know that the way they move, eat, talk, think, and relate is part of whole health, wellness, and living a life of joy.
disruptors of a culture full of stigma about what health really looks like.
We give back.
A portion of our profits will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We looked for a charity with high ratings for utilizing funds well, as well as one providing direct services to people who are hurting.
This is our why and our purpose. We seek to educate, inspire and challenge the stigmas that we face so that all of us can have healthier lives. Thank you for being a part of project: rebel.
